Relaxation Workshop
This is a half day course.
The first half of the course will provide participants with knowledge of what relaxation is and the benefits of relaxing. It also looks at the different types of relaxation and the importance of breathing properly.
The second half of the course is a practical session for participants to experience the techniques and benefits of relaxation.
The course aims to provide participants with the knowledge and techniques to enable relaxation to be used as part of their everyday life.
