Stress Management

This course is a one day course that covers the signs and symptoms of stress in our daily lives.

It will provide participants with an overview of how stress effects our daily lives and our physical bodies, and look at the development of stress management techniques.

The course aims to provide participants with techniques for managing stress effectively and using them in daily life to increase health and well being.

The first part of the course will cover:

  1. Positive and negaltive effects of stress.
  2. Causes of stress.
  3. Signs and symptoms of stress.
  4. Learning to cope with stress in our lives.
  5. The second part of the course will cover:

  6. Reduce stress in daily life.
  7. Identifying causes of stress.
  8. Getting correct support.
  9. Developing coping skills for sress relief.

This course will be considered as part of a completed programme of resettlement, and may be used as module of a higher certificate in Personal Development, development.
