Peasholme Charity has a mission to end homelessness, and a vision that everyone has access to the right help at the right time to prevent the escalation of crisis situations – the charity defines ‘crisis’ as lacking security, shelter or an ability to sustain oneself.

Peasholme Charity works with disadvantaged and socially excluded people, in particular those who are homeless or at risk of losing their home.

The Transitional Tenancy Coach will work with clients to maintain their tenancy which will enable them to stay in their home. They will also support clients who have recently taken up a tenancy, for up to a year, providing additional support so they can manage their personal situation confidently.

Training and mentoring for this post will be provided.

This post is fully funded by 3rd party funding streams which will be reviewed on an annual basis.

Experience of supporting vulnerable people is essential for this role, as is experience of supporting people who have been street homeless.

An enhanced DBS check is applicable for this post.
